Kandji’s Device Harmony platform deeply connects IT and InfoSec capabilities that were previously spread out across different product categories: Device Management, Endpoint Detection & Response, and Vulnerability Management. Kandji bridges these capabilities with shared intelligence, automation, and workflows designed for the cross-functional manner in which these teams now work.

Principal Infrastructure Engineer - TechOps

Role Description

Principal Associate at Capital One, UK. Working in TechOps as a Lead Engineer, with a specialism and background in implementing Apple platforms within complex environments.

  • Developing the macOS estate and user experience, working closely with the US Mac team on a global 22000+ Mac fleet
  • Implementing and supporting a Network Access Control (NAC) solution for the UK business and feeding back workflows / scripts / switch ACL's for the Enterprise to utilise
  • Designing and delivering new tech solutions to the business and architecting secure networks for new implementations
  • Designing, building and collaborating on code based projects and applications (Swift 4+, C#, Bash, HTML5, CSS3+, JavaScript / Google Apps Script)
  • Built and deployed "Onboarding" apps for Mac and Windows endpoints to guide users through getting started at Capital One and introduce key apps and services to them
  • Built a seamless, branded end-to-end Zero Touch automated enrollment workflow for the Mac estate to enable self-deploying endpoints fresh out of the box to work both on and off site
  • Built a jQuery based searchable, interactive digital map utility to provide associates with vital office data such as meeting space locations and amenities. Providing ongoing support + development for it
